This morning I thought about my first born child and how blessed the town of Fuquay-Varina would be to have a man like Jason Wunsch serving them.

 Remember when you were a little girl and I would take you for rides on the back of my bicycle? We would go for adventures down a road called North Bay Road, which was filled with magnificent homes and beautiful gardens.  I’ve come up with a plan that I have named, ” Debi’s …Make Each Day Last A Little Longer.”  I have twenty first cousins on my Father’s side. Counting myself and my siblings, there are twenty five of us.  It is Father’s Day 2011 and I’m thinking about the man who assisted (very happily) in the creation of three of my children and helped raise my first born son.  Rapper/songwriter/producer HEIDI D has released her OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO for the new hit single “Follow You Down.” As Mother’s Day approaches, I start to reminisce or as my Mother always said, “Take a trip down memory lane.” It is hard to believe that my children are 26, 27, 33 and 37. I can still see them as young children, laughing as they played in the big old house we lived in When I moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina twenty four years ago, I was surprised at how polite the drivers were. Having lived in South Florida most of my life, I was conditioned to irate drivers and lots of honking. My oldest son and his family live in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. The news flashed tornado warnings. Thanks to modern technology, the tornadoes could be tracked minute by minute. She lives quite a distance, so visiting her means getting up very early in the morning and driving 4 1/2 hours to avoid traffic. Long day, but well worth it!
