Tweet It was August 18th, 1978 and a birthday party was planned for a one year old baby.The theme was Raggedy Annie because the Mommy loved the doll and thought it would be the cutest theme for a little girl’s birthday. Everything was planned right down to the last detail . The day before the party, 
Remember when you were a little girl and I would take you for rides on the back of my bicycle? We would go for adventures down a road called North Bay Road, which was filled with magnificent homes and beautiful gardens. Tweet It was August 18th, 1977 and I had just given birth to a beautiful baby girl, with such big gorgeous eyes that everyone in the delivery room was talking about them. Supposedly newborn infants can’t see very well but I would swear that my daughter was staring right at me and “seeing” her redheaded, freckled Tweet The hardest part of saying goodbye to the old homestead is leaving behind the memories of my oldest daughter who abandoned the family in 1995. This story is not a happy one… I’ve cried enough tears through the years to fill a river. Sometimes in life, things happen that hurt with a pain too  |
