2008 ended with a We’ll fit you in right away surgery to remove a wisdom tooth that had broken off down to the nerve. The surgery went well but I had a bad reaction to the huge dosage of antibiotics and the anesthesia they gave me right before the surgery.

How can I put this nicely. I spent the whole day with a bucket on my lap thinking There’s got to be an easier way to lose weight! But let me share the happy ending to this story.If I had to be home on New Year’s Eve sipping ginger ale and eating jello instead of out dancing the night away, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person by my side.My husband a.k.a. my best friend Richard took his marriage vows very seriously to promise to love me through EVERYTHING …There is only one thing in all the years we’ve been together that makes him want to jump out the window and that’s what I was doing for hours after the surgery. But he never left my side and for that I am eternally grateful.
