If I was asked to give one important piece of advice to young entrepreneurs I would say…Learn to be patient… Success doesn’t happen overnight.
We live in an instant gratification world…I remember the line from Willy Wonka..I want it now! But that’s not the way the real world works.If you want to be successful you have to work hard and put in lots of time and energy. You can’t get discouraged because the dollars don’t come rolling in overnight.You have to stay focused and visualize the light end of the tunnel.
Sometimes you have to rethink your business plan and make changes…You may have to do this several times. That certainly doesn’t mean you throw in the towel and give up…
Learn to be patient and don’t be afraid to brainstorm with fellow entrepreneurs. You will be surprised how much you can learn from people who have been there and done that. These hardworking entrepreneurs can be your greatest inspiration !
