Today I met a young car salesman recently out of college. If I was the mystery shopper for the company he worked for, he would have received an A+ for his customer service!

To begin with, his eye contact was unfaltering. As we spoke, he stayed focused on me completely, no matter what was going on around us.

Secondly, he was articulate and well spoken. He knew his products and he presented them well.

Most importantly, he was friendly and personable…His smile lit up the showroom.

I predict this young man will have a successful future in the sales and service industry.
