I just got back from two medical tests and I’m smiling…Why? I was treated so nicely from the moment I walked in …from the receptionist to the technicians to the check-out lady….everyone was friendly and efficient.
For the past decade, I’ve made it my mission to acknowledge men and women who treat their clients and/or patients with kindness and respect. They need to be recognized for their positive attitudes and their work ethics.
I always believe that it starts from the top…If the people running the organization emphasize how important customer service is…then it will filter down to every last employee.
It really is so simple !
