I have this theory that if one person can go out of their way to show compassion then it will start a chain reaction of the same. – Rachel Scott

I really like having a website but I am very aware that once I write something , it will be out in cyber space for eternity. Which brings me to my point….

People need to think twice about what they write online, whether it’s on their own site, a social network site or anywhere online. Expressing opinions is one thing but using the internet as a way to intentionally destroy a person’s reputation, insinuate things about them that aren’t substantiated by facts or just be a bully is, in my opinion, not acceptable.

On the bright side, the internet opens up the entire world, allowing opportunities to expand horizons, learn about any subject, make new friends and showcase talents. It is the most amazing technological advancement in my lifetime.

Yesterday, I came across this video about a girl who wanted to make the world a kinder place. She died before she could make that happen but the people who loved her brought her dream to life.

I am one of many people who (thanks to the internet) have discovered Rachel’s Challenge and want to share it with the world.

Please watch this and pass this on……
